After the first stable version of Simple Scan came several bugfix releases, so let's sum the changes up.

Since 0.9.10:

• fixed incorrect dimensions for A4 and A6 paper;
• fixed a crash setting automatic source on some drivers;
• a 32x32 crop icon was added;
• scanner provided on the command-line is not replaced with detected devices anymore;
• resolution on ImageMagick generated PDFs is set now.
