New relatively unstable version of Scribus is out and has officially stabilized enough to be recommended to more than just testers.

Changes:

• new functions for Scripter;
• better usability (in comparison to changes in 1.5.0 — very scarce);
• translations are updated;
• several new color palettes including the ones for Btitish Standard body and Japanese International Standards;
• documentation was updated;
• installation unstructions for OpenSolaris.
