New stable stable version of Scribus is out with minor improvements and a number of fixes.

The changes are:

• fixed and improved PDF export;
• translation and docs updated;
• several crashers fixed;
• non-latin glyphs usage fixed.

You can download the new version here. There are plans to release a stable unstable (1.3.6) version soon, but no plans for unstable unstable (1.5.0) yet.
