An update of Pinta, a simple bitmap editor, is out with over 50 bugfixes and imrpovements. The team focused in ironing out all sorts of issues, quite a lot of them tools related.

Additionally text tool has been rewritten to use Pango library, which means complex text scripts should be properly supported now.
