Changes:

• enchant spellchecker backend is supported now;
• Aspell language varieties (e.g. German old and new spelling) can be used in parallel now;
• LyX now supports SVG images when either the librsvg library or Inkscape (version 0.47 recommended);
• LaTeX import (tex2lyx) now recognizes the types of quotes dependent on the document language;
• 'Close all" menu item was added;
• all importable files can be dragged into window now;
• massive UI localization update;
• lots of bugfixes.
