Luminance HDR 2.0.0 gets released, features cropping

New stable version of Luminance HDR, nee Qtpfsgui, is out with some nice improvements.
Changes:
- slightly improved dialogs, including Preferences;
- cropping for HDR images;
- tonemapping of a rectangular selection;
- new mantiuk08 tonemapping operator;
- new documentation.
A proper review is coming.
