Changes:

• improved UI of GPU accelerated panorama preview dialog;
• first shot at Layout GSoC2009 project integration;
• autocropping in GPU accelerated panorama preview dialog ;
• deghosting for HDR merge (anotther GSoC project);
• all sorts of internal changes and bugfixes.
