Hewlett-Packard releases HPLIP 3.11.3 with fixes and support for new printers
Hewlett-Packard released v3.11.3 of its Linux drivers for scanning and printing devices. This version adds support for new models and fixes several issues.
The following new printers are supported now:
- HP DesignJet T7100ps
- HP DesignJet T7100ps Monochrome
- HP DesignJet Z6100ps 42in Photo
- HP DesignJet Z6100ps 60in Photo
- HP DesignJet Z6200ps 42in Photo
- HP DesignJet Z6200ps 60in Photo
- HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript
- HP DesignJet 4000ps
- HP LaserJet CP1520 Series
- HP OfficeJet 100 Mobile L411
- HP OfficeJet Pro 8000 Enterprise A811a
The following bugs were fixed:
- Incorrect supplies for Color LaserJet 3600n
- HP LaserJet CP1020 Series is supported on Debian and Linpus
- PPD is not picked up automatically in hp-toolbox on Ubuntu8.10 for HP LaserJet M2727nf device
- Picking PCL3 ppd by default when configure HP Color LaserJet cm1415fnw device through USB
- HP LaserJet 3200n does not pick up PS PPD by default while installing using 'hp-setup'
Additionally support for Debian 5.0.8 was added.
