GNOME Color Manager 2.31.1 released with a tool for reading spot colors

Richard Hughes kicked out a new unstable version of GNOME Color Manager that got a new experimental gcm-picker tool to read spot colors.

Most other changes, apart from Devices tab now displaying EISA ID, are various fixes, some of them backported from the stable branch.

This version also has updated Japanese, Punjabi, Ukrainian, British English, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian bokmal, Polish, Portuguese, Slovenian and Spanish translations.
