New release of GIMP Animation Package is out.

New release of GIMP Animation Package is out.
Changes:
- storyboard chnages: undo support and section support;
- a number of filtermacro enhancements;
- video extract now supports generating transparency via bluebox effect;
- added wrappers for arbitrary rotation and resynthesizer;
- updated to ffmpeg-0.5 and libmpeg3-1.8 libs;
- bugfixes.

a bit a “quick” tutorial,
please, can you explain in detail about
the clouds, how do you do that ?
