Changes:

• in tone-mapping range of values of blend-width is now mapped to range of contrast values of an image, changing the slider results in automatic redrawing of canvas, and it's up to 50% faster too;
  
• the interactive brightness distribution tool (Brightness Ramp) works on selections now;
• Trim dialog now has buttons to toggle popular side ratios;
• the busy cursor indicator is more obvious now;
• UI language selection is simplified.
