New version of Exiv2, a library and console tool for Exif, IPTC and XMP metadata processing, was released.

Here is the list of changes:

• updated/added support for makernote tags in Sony, Nikon and Pentax Raw files;
• write support for Minolta (ORF) images was implemented;
• more TIFF tags (from PageMaker 6.0, Adobe  OPI TIFF, Adobe TIFF&PM6 and TIFF/EP) and XMP from KIPI schema, iView Media Pro schema and Microsoft Expression Media schema are supported now;
• internal copy of Nikon lens database by Robert Rottmerhusen was synced to upstream;

Source code and builds for Windows are available for downloading.
