Exiv2 v0.19 better supports Nikon metadata

New version of Exiv2 library and console tool for handling Exif, IPTC and XMP is out with much faster loading TIFF files and saving metadata to them.

The new version also features much wider Nikon makernote coverage and bugfixes. it's available to download here.
