Changes:

• lots of improvements to Archer:
  • images framebuffer is back;
  • better visualization of treeview;
  • internal HTML docs viewer was added;
  • reorganized UI, including Preferences dialog;
• lot of improvements to MGED as well:
  • further integration into Archer;
  • wireframe mode performance 5-10 times better;
  • various bugfixes;
• internal copy of openNURBS was u[pdated to v5.0;
• much better NURBS ray tracing;
• NURBS support in transformation matrices;
  
• tkpng 0.9 is used instead of tkimg now;
• pcd-pix image conversion tool was removed;
• metaballs to polygons conversion was implemented;
• firsht shot at rtwizard docs;
• other changes.
