Bricsys is serious about releasing Linux version of Bricscad

Bricsys seems to be faithful to its promises: just before new year first alpha version of Bricscad v10 for Linux was released, and now it's fourth alpha version available already.

The following functionality was added in particular:

  • saving to DWG works now (opening was available before);
  • partial version of LISP engine was added;
  • It is now possible to display trackers and osnap markers.

According to a statement in the forum a lot of Bricksys developers are currently busy with getting wxWidgets based native port of Bricscad for Linux to be available as soon as possible.
