A new version of an absolutely awesome and yet crazy painting/drawing app called Alchemy is out for the masses.
A new version of an absolutely awesome and yet crazy painting/drawing app called Alchemy is out for the masses.

Changes:
- exporting to SVG thanks to Steren from Inkscape crew;
- target image size can be defined for JPEG/PNG exporting;
- hor/vert mirroring;
- smoothing module for edges and angles;
- shapes limiting module for canvas;
- new Ribbon Shapes module;
- new Splatter Shapes module;
- you can now define transparency of background color;
- shape drawing module now has an option to show only outline while drawing;
- exporting directory is remembered across sessions;
- and can now create your own modules in Java, Javascript, Actionscript and Processing;
- bugfixes.
Thanks for posting about this. I downloaded and tried it out. It’s fun! I haven’t learned enough to control it very well….and I think that may be intentional on the part of the program. But if you like abstract art, you have to play with this!
